By accessing the t333 website, mobile interface, or any associated application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all activities conducted on the t333 platform, including but not limited to: account registration, identity verification, deposits and withdrawals, sports betting, live casino play, slot games, crash games, participation in promotions, and all communications with t333 customer support.

t333 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the t333 platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

The t333 platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

t333 will conduct age and identity verification at the point of registration and before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents accepted include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. t333 may request additional documentation at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of a policy violation.

To access the full functionality of the t333 platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure.

Each individual may hold only one active t333 account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. t333 uses advanced duplicate detection systems to identify and close duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, t333 reserves the right to void all bets and retain all funds associated with the additional accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security codes associated with your t333 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. t333 will never contact you to request your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact t333 customer support immediately via live chat.

You may request the closure of your t333 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to normal settlement rules, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method. Accounts subject to an active responsible gaming self-exclusion will be closed according to the terms of that self-exclusion.

The minimum deposit on t333 is ৳500. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal conditions. t333 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which t333 accepts no responsibility.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. All withdrawals require successful identity verification prior to processing. Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes; processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional security checks are required.

For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, t333 requires that withdrawal funds are returned to the same payment account (bKash number, Nagad number, or card) from which the deposit originated. In the event of a technical fault, communications error, or system failure that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, t333 reserves the right to void the relevant bets or game rounds and return stakes to players. t333 will not honour any winnings that arise as a direct result of a manifest error in odds or game mechanics.

Sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, t333's trading team will make a final settlement decision using the most reliable available source. Once a bet is settled, the settlement decision is final unless t333 initiates a review.

t333's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

t333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification or email. Minor editorial changes that do not affect the substantive rights or obligations of either party may be made without notification.

t333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, where t333 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, where continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Where an account is terminated by t333 for a reason other than a player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's designated withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the t333 platform, you agree to first contact t333 customer support via live chat to attempt to resolve the matter informally. t333 aims to respond to and resolve all formal disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such matters. t333 does not accept jurisdiction in any court or tribunal that the Player may seek to invoke unilaterally in contravention of this clause.

In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms & Conditions and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances. The English-language version of this document is the sole binding version.
